I am a pretty good basketball player. I dropped 21 points my last game but the thing is I can't finish a lay-up in traffic. I can get there but I just cant get it into the basket. Any tips would be great. And any practice methods.

practice practice practice..... just practice driving until you make every lay-up, it's the easiest shot on the whole court.
If possible, have your friends, or your dad, or brother, or whoever try to stop you when you drive and practice taking the foul and putting the ball in for the AND ONE!!
