Idk of a place, but the main reason would be, well how many toddlers do you see walking around in high quality jerseys?? They demand probably isn't very much so the companies would have no interest to market a size like that. You may be able to get one that is custom made, from the NBA website. IDK tho.... then you can personalize it any way you want
