First off they don't draft, they recruit, and in order to be recruited not only do you have to excel in high school basketball but your team has to win as well unless of course your your 6-9 or taller then someone may give you shot thinking they can make you into a player.

well first off its not drafting its recruiting. and all it takes if for a basketball player to be really good in high school and get noticed by a division 1 college basketball team. they will contact you and make their offer of why they want u to come to their school and probably offer u a full ride scholarship. and thats all there is to it.How do you get drafted by a division 1 college to play basketball?
if i were you i wouldnt waste my time since u seem to know nothing about it. they recruit players that they have seen. i dont think anyone saw you in the bleachers. ( thats were the fans sit)
