I have been known to be a strong and athletic basketball player. Looking at all my fitness tests, I killed all of them except for the flexibility test. I got an average score; 41-42 cm reach. I used to be able to dunk but I can't anymore. I know increasing my flexibility will help in jumping but what else will it do for me in basketball?How will increasing my flexibility help in basketball?
The farther you can stretch a rubber band the stronger it's Force. Same thing for muscles.
