Who is your favorite basketball player in the NBA history?

who and what is your favorite basketball player and team(s)? And why do you like them. My favorite basketball player is Ben Wallace and my favorite basketball team is the pistons because i think they are going to win the NBA final this and i would want the pistons and the calv's to play each to see who would win the final i think it would be the piston. what do you think? yes or no?Who is your favorite basketball player in the NBA history?
My favourite player of all time is Michael Jordan and the team is Cleveland Cavaliers. MJ is my fave because he is the greatest player of all time and he is the ultimate player. Cavs is my fave team because my second fave player, LeBron James plays for them and also you're fave player and my third fave player, 4 time D.O.Y. Ben "Big Ben" Wallace plays there. I also want to see the cavs and the pistons play because its going to be a great matchup like lasttime they played in the conference finals, but with Big Ben is on the Cavs side this time. i think its going to be close but i think the Cavs will win it because they got a good scoring point guard now that will assist James, Wallace and Co. It should go to seven games. Pistons will only win if James gets injured.

Favorite of all-time are:



(1) Magic Johnson- the guy is so phenomenal that people don't even call him by his real name. Watching Magic and the Showtime Lakers play was what made me love basketball. He had an unmatched enthusiasm and he made me value making my teammates better than me-- so i always had this idea of pass first- shoot second thanks to Magic.



(2) Pistol Pete Maravich- for all those who believe if you work hard enough- Pistol is amazing- and if you ever read his biography, you'll discover what an amazing man he was off the course- he later went on to be a great man of God.



(3) Jerry West- the logo. Just a basketball genius who though he didn't end his GM career in L.A. is always a Laker to me.

My favorite in history is Dr. J. But my favorite in the NBA now is Chris Paul. I've met him a few times. I even played 1 on 1 with him at basketball camp a couple years ago. He's a really cool guy and an awesome basketball player.

Allen Iverson, since he's small and yet jumps so high and can get past those nasty tall guys (his cross-over on Jordan was spectacular!!!)! His Reebok advertisements are sick!!! He's my hero since he turned from a no-life gangster to a basketball legend!!! I play like him, I jump like him, I plan to be like him!!! He was a revolution to the 76ers and was the first to bring them back to where they were since Dr. J left and now the poistions handed over to Andre Iguodala. Everyone knows that the Flight Brothers kicked *ss! And now he is with Carmello Anthony so a new union is formed...

Julius "Dr. J" Erving since he's so creative (like his fro and the rock the baby dunk) and he's sick.

Vince Carter since he does slam dunk contest dunks in a real game (unbeliveable...).
