After skimming through the game no matter what i did i couldn't find out how to trade players in the game. In college, people are recruited and not hired to play. Trading players requires a contract. So your best hope would be recruiting new players to your desired team, that would benefit you.

U cant trade in a college game, its just like real life. Your player can transfer but you cant trade. If your player left he either went pro or transferred to another school
